To strengthen Kobe’s appeal as a destination for international conferences and incentive travel, the city is developing a series of high-value tourism programs known as Unique Venues.
This monitor tour offers selected participants the opportunity to experience premium events and curated dining at distinguished locations—including aquariums, zoos, and historic buildings—while providing structured feedback through a post-tour survey.

【Tour Overview】

Schedule

January 13 (Tue) – January 15 (Thu), 2026 (3 days, 2 nights)

Number of Participants

4 pairs × 2 persons per pair (Total: 8 participants)

Participation in this tour is limited to pairs only.
Twin rooms will be provided for accommodation.

Cost

All transportation within Kobe, meals, accommodation, and experience fees are fully covered.

(Transportation expenses from your home to JR Sannomiya Station, the meeting point, are at your own cost.)

Meals

All meals are included (Day 1: Lunch & Dinner / Day 2: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner / Day 3: Breakfast).

・We are unable to accommodate individual dietary restrictions or preferences such as halal or vegetarian meals.

・If you have any food allergies, please inform us in advance.

(Although we cannot guarantee allergy-friendly meals, we will take the information into consideration.)

Guides & Support

Two interpreters and guides will accompany the group throughout the program.

Guidance will be provided primarily in Japanese.

【Eligibility & Compensation】

This monitor tour is intended for individuals who can cooperate in recording the travel experience and participating in promotional activities.

Eligibility Requirements

・Age: Individuals in their 30s to 60s

・Language: Able to communicate verbally in Japanese

・Language: Able to read English documents

Required Conditions for Participation

Please apply only if you can agree to all of the following conditions.

① Consent to being photographed or filmed for photos, videos, and other media.

② Willingness to participate in interviews during the experience.

③ Completion of a designated questionnaire after the experience.

Compensation

Upon completion of the above questionnaire, an honorarium of 15,000 yen will be provided.
