In the business planning department directly under the CFO, you will be mainly responsible for the following tasks and will be carried out together with your superiors
・Planning, drafting, and promotion of IR policies and IR events (financial results briefings and IR seminars)
・Support for domestic and international institutional investors and securities company analysts
・Preparation of disclosure documents (financial statements, timely disclosure materials, etc.)
・Identification of management/financial issues and planning and promotion of improvement measures
・Planning, drafting, and promotion of fund raising plans
・Promotion of PDCA cycles for business management
・SaaS KPI design and monitoring
・Gathering and analyzing information on external environments and benchmark companies and formulating actions
・Participation in other company-wide projects
In addition to the above, we also expect you to be involved in various cross-company projects.
