Golden Week Holiday Notice

Thank you for always using YOLO JAPAN.

There is a long vacation period in Japan from the end of April until the beginning of May known as 'Golden Week'.

YOLO JAPAN will be closed from May 3rd (Wed) until May 7th (Sun).

Hope you all have a wonderful vacation!

Closed：03/05/2023 (Wednesday) ～ 07/05/2023 (Sunday)

※Support via phone and email will also be unavailable
※Inquiries during holidays will be answered in sequencial order from 08/05/2023 (Monday)

※Residence card reviews will be until 05/02/2023 (Tuesday) 4:00 PM. Applications after that point will be handled in sequencial order from May 8th (Monday).
