To make your job search even smoother, we've added a new messaging feature to the YOLO JAPAN website!

Communicating with companies is about to get a lot easier! ✨

✅ When can you use the message feature?

①After you apply: When a company sends you a question. (You cannot use it if there are no questions.)
②After the interview date is set: When your interview is confirmed. (A message button will be added to the Interview Schedule page.)


✅ How does this new feature work?

1. Chat with companies in real time💬

Until now, you could only contact companies via email or phone. With this new feature, you can communicate directly using a chat format, making it easier and more reliable to connect.

2. Built-in Translation 🌎

Messages you type in one of the 13 supported languages will be automatically translated into Japanese for the company. Likewise, any messages the company write in Japanese will be converted into your chosen language.

3. Easy-To-Read Notifications 💡

When you receive a message, you'll get a notification not only by email but also on the message icon💬 You'll be able to see that you have new messages from the menu bar and the Interview Schedule page, so you won't miss any important communication from companies.
