You can now set your "Preferred Start Date" directly from My Page.
Whether you want to "Start immediately" or "Change jobs within 3 months," registering your current status can ensure a more seamless matching process with employers.

Please let us know your preferences under "Work Conditions" in your User/Scout Feature⌚

2. New & Improved Scout Mails! See "Why the company chose you" 📧

Scout emails used to be standard templates, but they’ve evolved! Now, you can see exactly why a company chose you.
We are now encouraging companies to include specific details, such as "what they found appealing about your profile" and "why they want to scout you."

When you receive a scout, be sure to check the "Message for You" section and take a close look! 💎

After you apply for a job, you’ll now see a new feature that recommends similar positions based on your application history.

Save interesting jobs to your "Favorites" to review later, or check out your personalized recommendations and apply directly!
