Company's strengths

It is a company that operates guest houses around the Kansai region, mainly on Awaji Island.
There are not enough management staff due to strong business performance.
Therefore, we are looking for staff who can operate and manage it.

What is the business content
(1) Cleaning the accommodation
(2) Website update work
(3) Recruiting/interviewing/hiring of cleaning staff
(4) Shift management for cleaning staff, allocation of rooms to be cleaned, work instructions, etc.
(5) Telephone and email support with guests (including LINE etc.)
(6) Guiding guests who cannot check in to their rooms
(7) Installation of new rooms and maintenance of existing facilities
(8) Other incidental work

The remuneration (salary) is 320,000 yen per month.
At the beginning of joining the company (trial period), it is 250,000 yen for 3 months.
Working hours are 10:00 to 19:00, with a two-day work week.
It is also possible to adjust working hours, holidays, and compensation according to the applicant's circumstances. This is not a typical hotel front desk job. Mainly patrolling facilities and dealing with guests using apps.
This is an increase in staff due to strong sales.
Housing expenses are subsidized. We are also looking forward to receiving applications from outside the prefecture.
