At the Yokohama headquarters, you will be in charge of recruiting mainly highly skilled foreign human resources. We will approach human resources suitable for jobs acquired by sales representatives using various channels, and support them until they join the company.

・Candidate scouting
・Attracting SNS customers for foreigners who wish to work (SNS marketing, Website, Facebook, Zalo, Email, etc.)
・Interviews with engineer candidates, client interview adjustments, salary negotiations, and follow-up from job introduction to joining the company
・Communicate with subsidiaries, partner companies, and referrers and approach candidates
・Cooperation with sales department
・Preparation and filing of documents (job postings, contracts, consent forms, etc.)
・Translation/interpretation etc. for each language
