Synspective develops and manufactures its own artificial satellites and provides solution services combining in-house satellite data with other data.
The management department is responsible for a wide range of areas of expertise, from hardware development and manufacturing to data science, software development, and provision, and back office in general.
In this position, you will rapidly grow into an organization of over 200 people, and people from overseas will also be involved in the following tasks in HR teams involved in recruitment, labor, and organizational development that support more than 30% of multinational teams.

・Labor work experience of at least 3 years
