You will be in charge of a two-sided consultant in our recruitment business.
Since there are a small number of elite people, this is a position with a lot of discretion.
After joining the company, you will first be asked to do CA work, and in the future, you will be responsible for both RA/CA.

■RA (Recruiting Advisor) business
・Proposals and consulting on corporate recruitment activities in general
・Introduction of candidates
・New client development
・Deepening sales to existing customers
・Attracting customers through various media

■CA (career advisor) business
・Counseling support
・Introducing companies/projects that match your experience
・Follow up on existing candidates

・Experience following some kind of numbers (sales, sales positions, etc.)
