■ Job Description
We will take care of the reception and administrative support at the vocational school.
・Dealing with students and visitors, and brokering with the person in charge
・Responding to emails and phone calls
・Handling mail and filing documents
・Issuance of certificates, equipment rental management, etc.

■ Salary
・Hourly wage 1,650 yen (*2 months from start of work)
・Hourly wage 1,750 yen (*after 3 months of work)
・Commuting expenses will be paid in full.

■ Working period
Until the end of March 2026
※There is no extension. The start date is subject to consultation.

■ Working hours
12:20 to 18:20 (6 hours of actual work)
※On days when there are no classes, you can also choose to work shorter hours until 17:50.
※There is no overtime.

■ Holidays and vacations
Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays/ complete two-day work week
★ There is a long vacation from 2025/12/22 to 2026/01/09 during the year-end and New Year holidays!

■ Eligibility
・Those who have some kind of office work experience
・Those who can input to a PC (no difficult skills required)
