※If you are an international student, you will be required to work within 28 hours per week until you change to a work visa.

▼ You will be doing front desk work at a small 14-room hotel near Nihonbashi.
Outside of customer service, you will be asked to sit on a chair and do office work.

▼ Japanese/English daily conversation level or higher (required)

▼ We are looking for people with hospitality who can treat our customers with a smile.

▼ Night shift work is basically a one-person system, but you will receive training beforehand, so you can work with peace of mind.

▼ It is a shift system of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
① 23:00 to 07:45
② 14:45 to 23:30
Basically, please support ① as the main one and ② as well.
Also, depending on the situation, we may ask you to shift for a different time.

▼ Hourly wage 1,625 yen+full payment of transportation expenses (regular fee)
※The basic hourly rate is 1,300 yen, but the unit price for night shifts is from 22:00 to 5:00 the next day.

▼ There are input and editing tasks on the accommodation reservation site management screen.
You may be asked to type on a PC in simple Japanese.

▼ All staff are foreigners. Would you like to work with staff of various nationalities?

Work contents / remarks

■Job description
Front desk employees and related work in general
・Handling customer inquiries and reservations (telephone/email/web)
・Check-in/check-out management services
・Information on the room/building/surrounding facilities/transportation/sightseeing etc. for customers
・Luggage storage/handover/lost items/rental support
・Money transfer (clearing business)
・Operation of the accommodation reservation system
・Office work using printers, scanners, and facsimile machines
・Contact with cleaning companies
・Contact with linen companies. Cleaning transfer support

■Working hours：
Shift system for about 8 hours of actual work
※Break: 45 minutes

■Other items
Uniforms are available for rent, T-shirts in summer, jackets, hoodies, etc. are lent out in winter
*Please bring your own black shoes, black pants, and black skirt.

■Work environment：
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building (including the veranda)
You can use employee facilities in the hotel, such as uniforms and lockers
You can use the 4th floor pantry for meals and breaks
