Work contents / remarks

■Job description
・This is a job introducing real estate for foreigners who live or plan to live in Japan.
・If any of your friends or acquaintances are having trouble with where to live, please guide them.
・Use your own SNS etc. to gather lots of customers.
・There is also a possibility of advertising activities where leaflets are posted in houses.
・We will guide customers about the property and explain about money and contracts.
・When I show you the property, I will pick up the key in advance at another company and go pick it up. When I receive it, I'll talk to someone from the Japanese company.
