Our business is dealing with inquiries from clients of client companies. There are a variety of tasks, such as system failure inquiries, hotel reservation support, cable TV application support, interpretation for administrative services, etc. Sometimes there are also interpretation services using three-way calls with Japanese.

There is a manual for each supplier, so it's safe even for those who are inexperienced in call centers! It is a multi-shared center that has transactions with approximately 60 clients, and staff of various nationalities are active. It's a global and cozy workplace.

Since it is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it is possible to balance schoolwork and family. You can work shifts that suit your lifestyle!

You can choose a fixed or combination of working hours!
① 12:00 to 21:00 (there is a 60-minute break and a 15-minute paid short break)
② 17:00-21:00 (there is a paid break of 15 minutes)
③ 18:00-21:00 (no intermission)

◎ Depending on the languages we can handle, we also have full-time daytime and night shifts, so please feel free to contact us!
◎ Basically no overtime! Occurs only when phone support is prolonged

＜About training＞
The start date will be adjusted according to your wishes!
The training lasts 10 to 20 hours and is conducted according to the desired shift
◎ On the first day only, it takes about 5 hours during the day or in the evening
◎ Since the official language in the center is Japanese, manuals and training will be conducted in Japanese

[About salary]
◎ Hourly wage increases during the year-end and New Year holidays!
◎ The hourly rate is the same during training
◎ Transportation expenses paid (monthly upper limit 26,000 yen, commuting distance 2 km or more)
