Work contents / remarks

[Job Description]
I am in charge of customer success support for products of growing companies (SaaS, AI startups, etc.).
・Onboarding for new users (initial implementation support)
・Proposal of effective utilization methods and construction of operation flows
・Improvement actions aimed at improving user satisfaction
・Meetings and negotiations with overseas users using Chinese or English

[Application Requirements]
Language skills: Chinese and English. Both are levels where business meetings are possible.
PC skills: business email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Experience (either required):
Experience in corporate proposal sales, web marketing, and direction in the advertising industry
Customer success/support experience with SaaS and IT solutions
Experience selling intangible products or dealing with customers that require ongoing support

Ambition: Those who are motivated to learn and absorb on their own.
