Work contents / remarks

【Job Description】
Operator duties handling primary enquiries at a consultation desk for foreign nationals residing in Japan

・Handling enquiries from foreign nationals directed to medical facilities, public institutions, and similar organisations

・Initial response and situation assessment using languages other than Japanese, such as English

・Inputting response histories and customer information into the PC system

While Japanese and English are primary, this role involves a significant amount of telephone and email correspondence in multiple languages
(including Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, etc.)


【Working Hours Details】
Day shift: 8:00–22:00
Night shift: 22:00–8:00

Shift work within the above timeframes, comprising 8 hours of actual work and 1 hour break.
Day-shift only requests can also be accommodated.

Overtime is rarely required under normal circumstances,
but during peak periods, a few hours per month may occasionally be requested.


【Qualifications】
Individuals with no prior industry experience and those aged from their 20s to 50s are currently thriving in this role.

・Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese (including kanji reading comprehension)
・Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Portuguese, Tagalog, Spanish
・Comfortable with PC operations and composing emails in Japanese and the aforementioned languages

As a guideline, Japanese Language Proficiency Test level N2 is anticipated.
