Work contents / remarks

<Customer Service Operator at a Major Telecommunications Carrier>
You will primarily handle enquiries at a helpdesk for foreign residents in Japan

・Handling new mobile phone contracts, carrier switches, and troubleshooting

・Providing initial support and gathering details in languages other than Japanese, such as English and Chinese
*You will also provide customer support in Japanese

・Entering support history and customer information into a PC

The role primarily involves using Japanese, English and Chinese

【Working Hours】
Early shift: 8:45–17:15
Late shift: 11:35–20:05

Both shifts involve 7 hours and 30 minutes of actual working time and a 1-hour break.
You will be required to work both early and late shifts.

Overtime is rarely required,
but during busy periods, you may be asked to work approximately 10 hours of overtime per month.


【Qualifications】
・Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese (including reading kanji)

・Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 or higher

・Ability to use English and Chinese

・Comfortable with using a computer and drafting emails in Japanese and the languages listed above
