Work contents / remarks

🙍 Job description
You will be responsible for accepting cargo arriving in Japan from overseas, handling unloading, and checking and managing inbound and outbound data.

We perform data registration and inventory management using a warehouse management system (WMS), reconciliation work for scheduled delivery data (ASN), and difference confirmation and reporting work. They are also responsible for preparing and submitting daily receipt reports and shipping packing lists.

There is also communication and coordination work with the Chinese head office, the Chinese team, and logistics companies in Japan, and you will proceed with the work while making use of Chinese and Japanese. Furthermore, you can also be involved in improving the quality of logistics operations, improving operations, and reviewing work flows.

・Those who can handle phone calls and emails in Japanese (approximate N1 level)
・Those who can communicate in Chinese
・Those who understand Japanese business manners

・People with experience in logistics, warehousing, and forwarding
