※ During the holidays, phone and email support are not available.
※ For Inquiries during the holidays, we will reply in sequence from January 5, 2024 (Friday).
※ Residence card applications for this year will be processed until 16:00 on December 27 (Wednesday). Applications received after that date will be processed in sequence from the beginning of the new year.
