We are currently looking for staff for our main store located in Asakusa Kappabashi.
We sell our own brand of knives on the 1st floor, and Japanese sake is served on the 2nd floor.
Our main job is to introduce the appeal of Japanese knives to overseas tourists.
Those who are fluent in languages other than Japanese, such as English, Chinese, and French, and have sales experience are particularly welcome.

⚫️ About rewards:

・The hourly wage during the training period is 1200 yen (training can be completed in 1-2 weeks at the earliest, depending on the person's ability).

・Depending on your understanding of knives and your contribution to the entire store, the hourly wage ranges from 1300 yen to 1500 yen.
Hourly rates can reach their maximum in 2 months at the fastest.

・After working at our company for 3 to 6 months, there is also an opportunity to be hired as a full-time employee and provided with a visa.

・There is a special prize, and each person can receive a bonus of up to 40,000 yen every month.
If you become a full-time employee, you can receive bonuses 3 times a year and a maximum of half a year's salary.

Work contents / remarks

・The Kappabashi store will become the main store. The first floor sells our own brand of knives, and the second floor serves sake.
・The branch is located in the center of Sensoji Temple, in the busiest location.
· Currently, more than 90% of our employees are foreigners from various countries around the world, and currently there are around 45 people. We plan to expand our team this year.
・From March onwards, people with expertise in planning and management will also be hired. We prefer those that expand at a pace of 2 to 4 stores per year and are committed to long-term cooperation, growth, and serious work.
・There are also plans to develop sake bars, hotels, Japanese sweets, and other real estate-related businesses in the future.
