Job description
You will be in charge of the customer service for a travel booking website catering to foreign travelers visiting Japan.
[Specifically]
· You will respond to e-mail and telephone calls of inbound inquiries in English
· You will also be establishing English friendly services
※ Analyzing customer's opinions and improving the site based off the input.
Qualifications
Japanese: Above everyday conversation level
English: Native level or business level
・Who is currently living in Japan and holds a work permissible VISA

Salary
Annual income: ¥3M to ¥5M
Monthly income: 180,000 ~ 330,000 yen
Bonuses: twice a year (2 months worth pay)
Commuting allowance: yes (10,000 yen per month)
Commuting by vehicle: yes (parking lot available but expenses not covered)
